算法偏见、隐私与自主性:人工智能伦理困境破解路径研究

Algorithmic Bias, Privacy, and Autonomy: Research on Pathways to Mitigate Ethical Dilemmas in Artificial Intelligence

  • 摘要: 本文分析了人工智能面临的各种伦理问题,并特别分析了这些伦理问题的根源。具体而言,本文研究了以下3个方面:分析了算法偏见的根源,探讨了算法设计如何延续社会偏见;分析了隐私泄露问题的根源,探讨了数据驱动创新与数据隐私之间的张力;分析了人类自主性削弱问题,探讨了不透明的决策机制和行为干预如何削弱了人类的自主性。面对上述人工智能伦理困境,本文提出三螺旋模型,试图通过三螺旋模型,一定程度上破解人工智能伦理困境,并对三螺旋模型的有效性进行了初步验证。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes various ethical challenges confronting artificial intelligence (AI), with a focused examination of their underlying causes. Specifically, it investigates: (1) The origins of algorithmic bias, exploring how algorithm design perpetuates societal prejudices; (2) The root causes of privacy breaches, examining the tension between data-driven innovation and data privacy; (3) The erosion of human autonomy, addressing how opaque decision-making mechanisms and behavioral manipulation undermine human agency. To tackle these AI ethical dilemmas, this paper proposes Triple Helix Model designed to partially resolve these challenges. Preliminary verification of the model’s effectiveness is also presented.
