Abstract:3D technology for networks-on-chip (NoCs) becomes attractive. It is important to present an effective scheme for 3D stacked NoC router and interconnect testing. A new approach to testing of NoC routers was proposed by classifying the routers. Routers with different input/output ports fall into different classes. Routers of the same class are identical, whose tests are the same. A new unicast-based multicast scheme was proposed for the identical routers. A new test application scheme was proposed for interconnect testing. Experiments showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:The organizational atmosphere perception and satisfaction of 236 staff were measured with psychological scale. To overcome shortcomings of K-means, quantum genetic algorithm was used to cluster the data of organizational atmosphere. Each dimensional data of cluster center was coded with 10 quantum bits. The chromosomes were iteratively evaluated with rotation gate. Three categories of staff were obtained. There were significant differences of organizational atmosphere and satisfaction scores among the categories. It means that the cluster analysis with quantum genetic algorithm is feasible. The result is valuable to improve the management level for the enterprise.

Abstract:In order to select power system for hybrid electric forklift(HEF), the power systems of parallel HEF and series-parallel HEF were designed from the two aspects of system configuration and control strategy. Firstly, the The simulation models of these two HEFs were built based on Matlab/Simulink. Secondly, the simulations in specific driving cycle were conducted to check the validity of simulation models. Thirdly, the simulation analysis of the control strategies was conducted. The power performance and fuel economy of these two kinds of HEFs were compared based on the simulations. The simulation results indicate that the power performances of these two kinds of HEFs are the same, while the fuel economy of series-parallel HEF is better than parallel HEF.

Abstract:In the public-key cryptosystems which are based on lattice, AD’s public-key cryptosystem, NTRU and Regev’s public-key cryptosystem are the most famous public-key cryptosystems. Through hard problems, security and computational complexity, we analyze and research these three public-key cryptosystems. The connection and difference among these three public-key cryptosystems are given in this paper. We also compare the cryptosystems based on lattice with the cryptosystems based on other hard problems, giving the advantages of the cryptosystems based on lattice.

Abstract:The graph isomorph judgement problem in graph theory is yet to be solved. A series of properties for the quicker judgement on whether two graphs are isomorphic were obtained through the permutation of rows and columns of adjacent matrix of graphs. A search algorithm on graph isomorph judgement was proposed on the basis of several properties. Then two examples were presented to explain and demonstrate the algorithm for better understanding of these properties and the algorithm. Finally a brief conclusion and the further research direction were presented.

Abstract:To effectively diagnose Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a multimodal ensemble support vector machine (SVM) based on multi-modality data was proposed and used for the classification of AD and MCI. The ensemble learning was employed and the discrimination information of classification was extracted from different multiple modalities data, then the SVM was used for classification of AD and MCI. In order to validate the efficacy of proposed method, a 10-fold cross-validation was used and tested on the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) database. Experimental results show that the proposed method is better than multi-modality linear multiple kernel learning and single-modality method.

Abstract:Because the various cosmic radiation in space leads the spaceborne equipment to produce some reliability problems, the application of high performance digital signal processor (DSP) is constrained in the aerospace. Therefore measures need to be taken for fault-tolerant processing. But the soft harden or reinforcement algorithm makes program to repeat calculation and increase the system energy cost. This paper, based on C6748 DSP platform, studies the power consumption optimization method in detail. The experimental results show that this method can significantly reduce the system energy cost and enhance the execution efficiency under the conditions of ensuring error detection rate.

Abstract:As a combination method of hardware and software in embedded systems design, reconfiguration technology has a great advantage for its reliability and system integration. Dynamic reconfiguration technology of FPGA can not only satisfy these requirements, but also strengthen the adaptivity of the system and reduce costs. In this paper, dynamic local reconfiguration was introduced and the EAPR design process was presented with improvement. Then the entire design was implemented with the Virrtex-ML403 development board produced by Xilinx to verify the validity of the method and guarantee the stability of the system. It is good for efficient management and rational utilization of resources in practical applications.

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of intelligent design, school education management system model based on immune multi-agent collaboration was designed. Immune agent cooperation processing model was studied and multiagent cooperation was constructed through the dialogue type extended contract net protocol. Coevolutionary algorithm of immune multi-agent enhanced the global search ability and convergence speed compared with the immune evolutionary algorithm, which makes the education management system model to have optimal search capability.

Abstract:In order to locate the edge in the rail obstacle recognition, an improved algorithm for rail image’s edge extraction based on threshold segmentation with the features of rail images was proposed. Firstly, the main gray area of the rail was defined, to find the grayscale threshold through Otsu. The connected component in binary image was labeled so that clear edge image was extracted. Several edge extraction methods such as edge gradient operator sobel, wavelet segmentation algorithm, Otsu adaptive thresholding, were analyzed and applied in real-time rail image, and comparison experiments were conducted with that using the improved Otsu method. Experimental comparison results show that the experimental results by the improved method were more accurate and complete, with background noise being suppressed effectively.

Abstract:Delay testing is very important for digital circuit testing in modern technologies of integrated circuits. Various sources of delay variations such as small delay defects, process variations, crosstalk, power supply noise and aging effects, affect the rated clock frequency of a design, and should be considered in delay testing. The cause of delay variations was introduced, and the related techniques on analysis, modeling, test generation, and circuit design according to different sources of delay variations were discussed. Furthermore, the main research results on delay testing of digital circuits considering delay variations in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences were introduced. The proposed techniques include delay testing considering crosstalk or power supply noise induced effects, statistical timing analysis based test path selection, super-speed testing, test optimization, and on-line timing checking, etc. Finally the trend of delay testing techniques for digital circuits was summarized.

Abstract:With the development of network applications, XML has become more and more important. In general, the structures of XML documents are specified by schema languages, e.g., DTD and XML Schema. In this paper, the definition of deterministic regular expressions was introduced and an overview of current research was provided. At first, the definition of deterministic regular expressions and some relative notations were given. Next, some algorithms checking determinism of regular expressions were presented in details. Then, some results about deciding, learning, approximating deterministic languages were shown. Finally, some other relative topics were discussed.

Abstract:Datacenters have become the fundamental infrastructure of modern internet services such as searching, social networking and online shopping. The resource utilization of typical datacenters, however, is quite low. The primary reason of such low utilization is that datacenter operators have to upload resources to online services that are latency sensitive. Co-locating multiple applications in a shared datacenter is an effective approach to improve resources utilization but can result in degradation of application’s quality of service (QoS) because of interference between online services and other background workloads. Therefore, QoS guarantee method in a shared datacenter becomes the key technology for improving resourcing utilization of datacenters. In this paper, a survey of research efforts on this topic was firstly presented and then a programmable architecture for resourcing on-demand (PARD) was reviewed. The goal of PARD is to make hardware to support resources management so that the QoS of key applications can be guaranteed while multiple applications execute together in shared datacenters.

Abstract:Highly reliable computer systems are the foundation of QoS (Quality of Services) of IT services. Since the birth of ENIAC, the first electronic computer in history, reliability has become one of the major challenges in computer design. Fault tolerance serves as a major approach to high reliability. It is also a systematic science crossing multiple logical layers of the classical computing stacks. The design opportunity comes from the bottom device layer to the much higher application layer. Each logical layer faces specific design challenges. Following a bottom-up style, we briefly survey these classical approaches in design for reliability.

Abstract:Virtual orthopedic surgery allows the surgeon to perform operations and trainings on the reconstructed anatomic bone model with a variety of virtual instruments. Haptic interaction plays an important role in the virtual surgery. How to simulate realistic and fast haptic interaction in virtual orthopedic surgery has become a concerned research topic recently. In this paper, existing haptic models used in orthopedic surgical simulation system were reviewed and analyzed, and their characteristics and disadvantages were discussed as well. Finally, some perspectives for the development of the haptic interaction in future pointed out.

Abstract:In 2010, Microsoft launched a depth camera named Kinect, which can synchronously provide the depth and RGB information of a scene. Using sensing technique, robust depth information can be achieved at real time. One key area of Kinect is object recognition. Most of the traditional object recognition techniques are limited in special situations, such as gesture recognition, face recognition. Recent trend in computer vision is large-scale recognition. We can get the RGB-D datasets from various scenes, categories, instances and viewpoints of real domestic and office environment by Kinect. The RGB-D datasets can meet the need of practical applications. The depth information provides a strong clue for object recognition. Compared with the previous methods, using depth information for object recognition has incomparable advantage, which can greatly improve the accuracy of recognition. The four major components of this paper are as follows: 1) a detailed introduction of the technique to obtain depth information using Kinect; 2) review of the existing 3D Object recognition methods; 3) an analysis and comparison of the existing 3D Datasets for testing; 4) summary of the article, and the future development trend of the 3D object recognition algorithms and the 3D datasets for testing.

Abstract:Ambulance plays a very important role in rescuing critically ill patients and responding to natural disasters and emergencies. However, domestic ambulance can only provide basic emergency treatment as equipments in it are still relatively backward. It was suggested in this paper that ambulance should be outfitted with portable endotracheal intubation and ventilator system for critically ill patients from the perspective of improved ambulance equipment, so as to create artificial airway quickly for dyspnea patients, which gains time and opportunity for further treatment to greatly improve the survival rate.
